This annual gathering is to address Who we are?, What we did? and Where we are going to in terms of the plans for the new year?. This forum is normally scheduled for late January for sharing the accomplishment attained in each of the objectives set and the other initiatives that were supported or helped to have them attained during this period. The proposed objectives for the following year are reviewed and approved in accordance with the budget.
